If you’ve made it to this page, that means I (hopefully) was successful in figuring out how to work this blogging website. It also means I grew the courage to publish it to the public. So welcome!
Here’s the reader’s digest version of why I wanted to start this blog:
Each week, I dive into school work focused on understanding the human body and ultimately how to take care of it in the best way possible. As a side gig, I also happen to be a yoga instructor, which crosses over with physical therapy a lot more than I originally realized. Each week I create a class tying together a yoga sequence with a theme or thought to ponder, and I usually sprinkle in some random tid-bits about the human body and how it works. For the past year and a half, these reflections, flows, and notes have been kept in a big ole pink notebook that’s floating around in my gym bag. I figured, maybe I’ll share a few and see how it goes! So, if I can motivate at least one person to move, to ponder a new idea, or to learn something new about their body — I call that a win!
I’m trying to keep this all pretty informal. So, I wanna hear from you too — Any poses you want to learn? Questions you want answers to? Reflections or intentions you suggest? Yoga? Anatomy? Breathing or meditation? Lets find a solution.
